It began on a humid afternoon at a Kottayam railway station in 1993. Our founder, Biju — then a young man with a deep respect for Kerala's land — handed back the change a hurried traveller had forgotten. A small act, but it made the news, and it set the standard we have cooked by ever since.

That same radical honesty shaped everything that followed: spices sourced from where they grow best, washed and UV-dried by hand, ground fresh in small batches. No shortcuts. No additives. Just food the way it was always meant to taste.

I did not begin with a brand. I began behind the counter of a small restaurant, with a simple belief — that the people who trust you with their food deserve nothing less than the purest you can give.

We never use oil twice. We add no colours, no preservatives, no chemicals — to anything, ever. We travel to where each ingredient grows best and bring it home ourselves. These are not marketing lines; they are how we have worked from the first bottle we ever sold.
