Payment must be completed at the time of order placement through our accepted payment methods. For cash on delivery orders, payment is due upon receipt.

Order confirmation emails are sent after successful payment processing. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order.

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed guidelines.

Perishable items, opened products, and sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
